Sermon Library
Store and organize all past sermons under Sermons > Library.
- Upload audio or video files, or link to external hosting (YouTube, Vimeo).
- Tag each sermon with a series name, speaker, scripture references, and topics.
- Members can browse the library from the public site and filter by series or speaker.
Service Builder
Plan your entire worship service order using Sermons > Service Builder.
- Create a new service plan for the upcoming date.
- Add items in sequence: pre-service music, welcome, worship set, announcements, sermon, offering, closing prayer.
- Assign team members to each item (worship leader, speaker, AV tech).
- Attach notes, lyrics, or scripture slides to each item for the team to reference.
Worship Planning
If your worship team uses Planning Center Music or similar tools, you can copy song details into the service plan notes. Each team member assigned to the service receives an email with the full run-of-show so everyone arrives prepared.
Series Management
Group sermons into series under Sermons > Series. Each series has a title, description, and cover image that displays on the public sermon archive page.
